Our Mission in the Catering Business is to insure that your special event, whether large or small, exceeds your expectations. We value you, our clients, and want you to be completely satisfied with our results.

We are the Scarletts, Doug & Sarah. Between the two of us, we have more than sixty-six (66) years in the food business. We have managed restaurants, country clubs & resorts.

Chef Doug has been to cooking school, culinary school & dietary school. Furthermore he has served as the Chef for two (2) presidents on Air Force One. Doug has cooked for governors, senators & many businesses. Sarah’s extensive experience includes large scale food service in the hotel and resort arena.
