We are the Scarletts, Doug & Sarah. Between the two of us, we have more than sixty-six (66) years in the food business. We have managed restaurants, country clubs & resorts.

Chef Doug has been to cooking school, culinary school & dietary school. Furthermore, he has served as the Chef for two (2) presidents on Air Force One. Doug has cooked for governors, senators & many businesses. Sarah’s extensive experience includes large scale food service in the hotel and resort arena.
