Chicken Entrees

Baked Chicken – Sauteed in olive oil and baked in mushroom sauce.

Grilled Chicken Breast – Served over a bed of rice.

Lemon-Herb Roasted Chicken – Served with mashed potatoes, carrots and topped with a light lemon garlic-herb sauce.

Chicken Parmesan – A hand-breaded chicken breast topped with our robust red pepper marinara sauce, finished off with Parmesan cheese.

Apricot or Orange Chicken – Boneless chicken breast slowly baked in an apricot or orange glaze. Served on a bed of rice pilaf.

Chicken Marsala – Chicken breast sauteed with mushrooms and Marsala wine.
